Looking for perfect burgers

Looking+for+perfect+burgers

From the sizzling grills of Sonic to the fresh, square patties of Wendy’s, the flame-grilled goodness of Burger King, and the iconic taste of McDonald’s, embark on a mouthwatering journey through the finest cheeseburgers each has to offer. Every bite tells a flavorful story waiting to be devoured.

A fact that is not well-known about McDonald’s is that more people in the US eat there than the entire population of the UK.

Freshman Max Flowers said, “McDonald’s has always been a place that I can rely on. I wouldn’t say that it is my favorite restaurant, but putting it into perspective, it is like my last resort.”

Students enjoyed cheeseburgers from each of these restaurants and gave their opinions on which was their favorite, starting with Wendy’s.

Freshman Eli Martin said, “The Wendy’s burger isn’t bad at all. The only problem is that it really doesn’t taste real at all. I like the square burgers, though. It is unique, and they are a lot thicker and more flavorful than most.”

Sonic is probably the best place to go get food at 3 a.m. They range from slushies to ice cream, and the burgers are something that people can’t find anywhere else.

Junior Ava Griffin said, “I love this burger a lot. I didn’t expect to like it, but I had to take the onions off because I don’t like them. It is very soft and has a ton of flavor. It almost tastes like they cooked the beef on a grill, and I really like that.”

Burger King burgers have been contending for the top spot for years. It is literally in their name, Burger King.

Senior Ava Smith said, “The Whopper was absolutely massive, I really don’t think that I could finish that burger if I wanted to. It tasted good though. I liked the kind of grilled taste that it had. I wouldn’t say that this burger is my favorite. I am more of a McDonald’s kind of girl.”

We took a majority vote on which burger was everyone’s favorite, and one burger stood on top.

Flowers said, “It really is no surprise that McDonald’s took the crown in this one. I am surprised that Burger King even got a vote, though. You will never catch me eating Burger King unless you get me some chicken fries and a large Dr. Pepper.”
