Students suggest binge-worthy shows

Many people have comfort shows they can watch over and over, and never get tired of watching them.

Some people have many comfort shows they watch.

“I would say Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl, and Vampire Diaries are binge watch worthy because the plot in all the shows are interesting that you want to watch another episode,” junior Abby Hancock said.

Gilmore Girls is a popular show among teenage girls.

“I’ve probably seen Gilmore Girls more than 20 times. It is my comfort show because it’s really good, and I love the story. I keep re-watching it because of Logan, who is one of Rory’s love interests. He is my favorite, and I would recommend it to anyone,” Hancock, said.

The past two summers, the show Bridgerton was popular.

“I binge watched both seasons of Bridgerton over summer break. I’ve seen it before when the second season came out, but I had to watch it again. I like it because it’s different than other shows. It’s a period piece so I like seeing how life was like for the upper class in the 1800s. Also, the fashion, too. The clothes in the show are so pretty,” senior Sophia Pena, said.

The show Manifest is also liked by many people.

“I think Manifest is binge worthy because there is a lot of action, suspense, and mystery. It’s very difficult to predict what will happen next, and it is different than any other show I’ve seen,” senior Amber Hayden, said.

Senior Brayton Rodgers said Breaking Bad is the best show.

“I think people should watch Breaking Bad because it’s a good show. There are so many twists and turns that you don’t know what is going to happen. I’ve only seen it once but I am definitely planning on watching it again,” Rodgers said.

Junior Ethan Pruitt prefers shows with different storylines.

“I’ve seen Suits like five times. It’s my favorite show because it’s interesting and the storyline changes, so it keeps the viewer on their toes,” Pruitt said.

Senior Austin Smith is a big fan of Gordon Ramsey.

“I like Hell’s Kitchen because Gordon Ramey is hilarious and overly British. It’s funny when he yells at other cooks,” Smith said.
