Enedinas Taco truck review

Enedinas Taco truck review

In the midst of downtown Franklin in a Tractor Supply Parking lot is a hiding street taco truck named Enedina’s.

Along with the food, everything about this truck screams street food with its LED lights, and Music. The aroma around it is amazing. The truck is owned and run by two men who get their ingredients from local stores and farms.

The location for this truck could seriously not be better with the traffic of US 31 and Urban Air right across the street, and because of that, they have a great opportunity for new customers.

The food is what I will remember. My first order was two street tacos with chicken and steak with onion hot sauce and spinach on the top. When I took the first bite, my mouth blew up with a hot and meaty flavor. The hot sauce was a little too much for me, but the meat is what pulled me to love this truck’s food.

The second thing I ordered was a chicken quesadilla. It was a good mix between the cheese and the chicken, but it is not in my top three quesadillas. The crust was really good. It was crispy and golden brown just like how I like mine to be.

The third thing I ordered was ezquites, which is a Mexican street corn with mustard, sour cream, spices, and a lot of butter. It was food for the first few bites but ultimately had way too much butter in it for me.

What I had to drink was a Mandarin Jarritos that did not really compliment the meal well, but the drink itself tastes like an orange Fanta.

The overall experience was amazing. Just pulling up to the truck on a beautiful day with the music, the lights and the service is not something that we can get at just any normal restaurant. In my opinion this taco truck, Enedina’s, is now one of my favorite spots for Mexican food, because I can just go, order and get my food in a short amount of time. It is still quality food and a good meal.

Enedina’s is located in a Tractor Supply on 1540 H. Morton St, Franklin. Monday through Sunday they are open from 11 a.m.-10:30 p.m. and on Wednesday from 3 p.m.-6 p.m..
