Last season the boys tennis team had a winning record of 13-9. The boys are going to look to build off their success last year and continue it with another winning season.

Senior Aidyn Green talked about the team’s season last year.

“Last season was okay. We had a winning record, but we could do a lot better and win more. This summer we put a lot of effort into getting better as a team and pushing each other on the court and in the weightroom. We have definitely gotten better so I am excited to see what we can do. Our team is very versatile, and we have lots of guys who can play both singles and doubles, which helps us beat teams because we can keep rotations fresh and switch things up,” Green said.

Senior Blake Reynolds has high hopes..

“I think this season we can do even better than last year, not just a winning season, a push deep into Sectionals. We have come together a lot this year as a team, and our communication skills are gonna help us win a lot of doubles matches. Our singles players have been outstanding and improved so much,” he said.
